Greetings from the Fairmont Orchid

We’re having a wonderful time here on the Kohala Coast at the Orchid. I’ll be posting images, videos, and a full property review here soon, but for now I simply want to highlight a simple service initiative we have consistently noticed throughout our two days here so far. From housekeeping room attendants to groundskeepers to food and beverage servers--when we pass ANY employee at the resort we are always greeted with a big smile and a sincere “Aloha!”
And that makes me feel warm and fuzzy all over.
