“Chocolates on the Pillow Aren’t Enough” Blog Book Tour Launches

Jonathan Tisch, CEO of Loews Hotels and author of Chocolates on the Pillow Aren’t Enough - Reinventing the Customer Experience launched his blog book tour today.
The first stop on the tour was a Q&A with David Polinchock of the Experience Economist.
David posed some terrific questions for Jonathan about creating and nurturing incredible customer experiences. Q&A here.
Stop number two on the tour was with Becky Carroll of the aptly named Customer’s Rock! blog. Becky also came up with many excellent questions for Jonathan, including a few submitted by viewers. Q&A here.
So far the tour has facilitated some incredibly insightful dialogue between the featured bloggers and Jonathan Tisch. I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.
