Oh boy. Some hotel guests will do just about anything to entertain themselves and the local community on the streets below. A few strips of toilet paper, a bedsheet and presto! You’ve created an entirely new market segment.
Check out this guest-driven rebranding effort at Barcelona’s Hotel Fornos. No such thing as bad press?
“Towel over the S, toilet paper makes a P from the F. My brother and I in Barcelona, Stayed at the Hotel Fornos on La Rambla. We had the balcony above the sign and with a towel and some bathroom tissue turned Fornos into Pornos. Received laughs from the passing crowds below all night for 2 nights running. Then we bottled it and took it down”
